Purposes of Processing
Personal data may be processed to create and assess a transfer request or reservation; plan the journey and route; assess a suitable vehicle or group-transfer option; communicate with the customer; coordinate relevant flight and meeting details; assess seat and other special requests; provide operational notifications; and manage reservation records.
Collection Methods
Information may be obtained electronically or verbally through the website reservation form and protected reservation-session records, and through customer communications by telephone, email or WhatsApp. Required fields vary according to the reservation scenario.
Legal Bases
Data necessary to establish, assess and perform a reservation and transfer may be processed under Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK, where processing is directly related to establishing or performing a contract.
Where applicable, statutory records and duties may rely on Articles 5/2(a) and 5/2(ç); records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right on Article 5/2(e); and service security and operational continuity on Article 5/2(f), provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Each activity is assessed in its own context; blanket explicit consent is not claimed for all processing.
Transfers of Personal Data
Data may be shared with authorised operations personnel and the assigned driver only as necessary to plan and perform the transfer. The driver receives only the passenger, contact, route, flight and service-request details needed for that journey.
If technical services are used, data may be shared, only as necessary, with categories of suppliers providing hosting/infrastructure or email services. Final production providers and data locations have not been selected, so this notice does not claim that data is or is not transferred abroad. Any such transfer must be assessed separately under the applicable KVKK requirements.
Retention and Disposal
Personal data is retained only for the period required by the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations. When those grounds end, applicable deletion, destruction or anonymisation processes are used. A request may not always result in automatic or immediate deletion; the requirement to retain data is assessed in light of the request and applicable law.
Data Security
Risk-appropriate technical and organisational measures—such as server-side validation, protected reservation sessions, authorisation and access restrictions, and secure application and data-management practices—are used to help protect personal data against unlawful access, use or disclosure. No digital system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
